I stayed awake for hours again last night
Searching for a reason to keep up the fight
I've made choices I don't regret
I've got problems I don't get

I didn't want to carry the heavier load
You can't always take the middle road
There comes a time when you make up your mind
And the point gets left behind

Appearance: Pencil-guy. (Better desc later. ;_;)

Personality:

Intelligent – He’s quite intelligent, both academically and in practical terms. He was at the top of his grade in school, and a genius Quincy who surpassed many generations of Quincies before him. He’s just not always tactful or socially-intelligent--or, more accurately, he doesn’t particularly care to be, in the case of most people.

Enormous Dork - ... he is. He will occasionally giggle over cute things (and hastily cover it up if anyone else notices), his sense of fashion belongs more in the pages of a comic than in real life, he largely makes his own clothes, he wears square-shaped glasses and has top grades, and he has the social warmth of a gnat. Sources are indefinite about whether he games or reads said comic books, but it wouldn’t be surprising.

Careful – Haste makes waste. It’s always best to think first, then do; a good plan can succeed where rushing recklessly will fail. This applies to all things in life, really, from tailoring to academics to fighting. He is almost anal retentive about being careful in the things he does--but sometimes he will toss that aside when he realizes care will make no difference.

Cool – He tends to be distant and withdrawn from people. Part of it is natural inclination; part of it is having to hide what he was for most of his life; in the presence of those who know what he is, or those who simply couldn’t care, he’s opened up a touch. Regardless, he still tries hard to play cool--sometimes with indifferent success. In general, he’s a withdrawn sort, and dislikes displaying deep or excessive emotion.

Stubborn – He doesn’t have quite the same bullheaded tenacity of a certain strawberry, but he is rather stubborn in his own way. Sometimes this is a good thing, when it drags him whole, if battered, through hardships; sometimes it’s not such a good thing, when he holds to his views until being repeatedly shown otherwise. He has a strong tendency to believe himself in the right, and is rarely plagued by self-doubt, although it has happened in extreme occasions.

Observant – There’s a certain advantage in preferring to stand at a distance--it gives one a good vantage point from which to view others. He tends to pick up on small signals rather quickly and can assemble small clues into a larger picture which others might miss, whether with people or situations.
